At Paragon Performance, we stand behind the quality of our Corvette parts and accessories. Whether you’re outfitting a C7 or C8, our goal is to ensure every purchase meets your expectations.

If you need to return, exchange, or cancel an order, contact us at support@paragonperf.com to begin the process. Please include your order number.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of the shipment’s delivery date.
  • Items must be returned in new, resalable condition and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be properly packaged and shipped with tracking.
  • For high-value items, we strongly recommend shipping insurance — refunds cannot be issued for items that arrive damaged.
  • Your order number MUST be either included in the return shipping label (example at the bottom of this page) or printed on a piece of paper inside the box. DO NOT write all over the box rendering it unsalable. If we are unable to easily identify the original order/purchaser of a returned item, no refund will be given.
  • Some items over certain sizes and weights are no longer eligible for returns. These products will be specifically labeled with a checkbox acknowledgement before you can add it to your shopping cart. Examples include, but are not limited to:

    • Exhaust kits
    • Body kits such as front lips and spoilers
    • Wheels

2. Restocking Fees

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply to returns not related to damage or warranty concerns.
  • This fee covers the original freight costs incurred by Paragon Performance.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected for resale, a refund will be issued minus any applicable restocking fee.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

4. Warranty & Damage Claims

  • Photos are required for all warranty and damage claims. No exceptions.
  • Paragon product warranties apply only to the original purchaser and do not extend to secondhand sales.
  • For non-Paragon products, the manufacturer’s warranty policy applies.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment with no restocking fee.
  • If your order has already shipped, the standard return policy will apply with a restocking fee.

6. Incorrect or Mis Shipped Items

  • If you receive the wrong item, please contact us with photos for verification.
  • A restocking fee will not apply in cases of Paragon fulfillment errors and we will provide you with a return shipping label.
