C8 Corvette Coupe Dry Vent Blocks - 7pc Kit

Help prevent water from entering your mid-engine C8 Corvette's engine bay with these precision-cut Dry Vent Covers while washing your car. You can NOT leave these installed while driving or while using a high pressure automatic car wash!

Specifically designed for the C8 Coupe vents, these vent plugs are easy to use and highly effective. Simply place them in the engine bay vents and use the window strip between the hatch and rear window before washing.

This 7-piece kit, which includes a convenient storage bag, helps your engine bay remains dry while washing so you aren't wasting time detailing every crevice in your engine bay.

Instructions

  • Insert the vent covers into the vent wells. Largest on the bottom and the smallest on top with the medium size in the middle.
  • Position the window strip between the hatch and rear window.
  • Spray the car from the rooftop down to avoid dislodging the vent plugs and allowing water to seep into the engine bay.
  • Always remove the vent covers before starting the engine or driving.
  • Avoid leaving the vent covers in direct sunlight for long periods of time to prevent warping.

Features

  • Dual-sided design - Soft foam for a seal and harder foam on top for easy grasp
  • Precision fit on all 7 vents around the hatch glass

Hands down the first thing any C8 owner should purchase

Hands down the first thing any C8 owner should purchase. Leaving the vents unblocked while washing can fill the bay with moisture which collects dust and grime and can be a nightmare clean. These blocks stayed in place for the entire wash with a pressure washer, and barely any got inside the engine bay. 11/10 recommend.

Get what you pay for.

Ordered a different brand previous to these, that were cheaper. Shape was wrong and they blew off during washing. These fit perfectly and stayed in place to block water. Very pleased.
