The K&N C8 Corvette Aircharger Intake system is made from a high-density polyethylene rotationally molded tube which helps increase the volume of airflow to your engine! K&N guarantees a increase in horsepower and torque with their system. Estimated horsepower gains up to 22 HP @ 5000 RPM! Paired with a washable, reusable High-Flow Air Filter featuring oiled cotton filter media. The oversized, conical design allows you to go up to 100,000 miles between filter services under normal highway driving. A custom heat shield helps protect intake air from the high temperature of your engine bay and the entire system can typically be installed in less than 90 minutes. Not CARB Legal. Nice intake

I’ve always loved k&n, they aren’t as flashy but always deliver a good product. As a bonus it’s nice that they send a sample dyno sheet to show the performance gain. My two words of advice are make sure you have both heat shields, my kit had two drivers side. I called and they overnighted me the missing piece, no questions asked so I’m very pleased with their customer service. Second, beware that the heat shields will prevent access to the cat back flanges at the cats so you will have to remove this intake to replace the cat back, I just went ahead and did both at the same time. Overall I’m very happy with this product.
